Graduate Sustainability Analyst Location: London Division: UK Central Reporting to: Sustainability Manager About the Role Join my clients' Group Sustainability team and play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable events. As a Graduate Sustainability Analyst , you'll support global sustainability initiatives by gathering, cleaning, analysing, and presenting emissions and sustainability-related data. Your work will provide the foundation for strategic planning, business case development, and leadership reporting. What You'll Do Collect energy, waste, and travel data from venues, suppliers, and event teams worldwide. Maintain and organise the central sustainability database to ensure data integrity. Produce emissions reports for major events and highlight gaps or risks. Build basic dashboards in Power BI to visualise emissions and intensity metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to present insights that inform decision-making. What We're Looking For Education: Degree in sustainability, environmental science, data analytics, geography, psychology, economics, or similar discipline with strong research and data-handling components. Technical Skills: Foundational experience in data analysis (academic or project-based). Basic to intermediate Power BI knowledge (dashboard creation, simple modelling). Strong Excel skills and familiarity with surveys, data cleaning, and structured workflows. Knowledge: Awareness of major sustainability themes (e.g., UN SDGs) and a genuine passion for the field. Key Competencies: Excellent organisational skills and workflow discipline. Ability to manage data requests and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
