You'll lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors across multiple water infrastructure projects along with managing commercial risk, procurement strategies, and contract negotiations (NEC/JCT). We'll need you to oversee cost planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial targets are met whilst collaborate with project managers, engineers, and client teams to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and delivery. You'll support the development of commercial frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and client standards, including AMP and environmental targets.
