About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Equity Compensation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of NScale's global equity programs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing equity plans across multiple jurisdictions, including the US and UK with an understanding of global tax, legal, and reporting requirements.
