A Data Engineer with at least 5 years of experience is required by global commercial insurance Broker to develop an effective data analytics and reporting architecture capable of meeting a wide range of needs. The role will involve * Develop the architecture, tools, procedures and methods employed in the operating environment in line with technical advances and business requirements * Assist in the design of the data warehouse, integrating data from various sources to deliver value to the business * Deal with complex data, source and target tables mappings, load process, transformation, reconciliation, error handling, physical and logical data dimensional modelling * Assist in the construction and optimisation of the cloud based data platform * Create solutions in response to data requirements (Data quality, Data mapping, Metadata management, Migration and Reporting solutions) * Ensure that developments are carried out in accordance with established Company IT procedures and standards.
