The Role We are looking to appoint a committed and skilled Secondary Teaching Assistant to become part of our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and wider support staff to deliver effective in-class assistance and help create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can thrive. Sound knowledge of supporting students with SEMH and SEN. Suitable for aspiring teachers or those interested in a future career in education. These children present behaviours profiless that can be challenging and they need additional support and care in their school life in a masintream setting so they can flourish in an inclusive learning environment.
