Your role We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to lead the delivery of multidisciplinary projects across the rapidly growing offshore wind sector. Working within an Owner's Engineer, Technical Advisor, or EPCm environment, you will manage the successful delivery of engineering and consultancy services supporting offshore wind developments from early-stage feasibility through FEED, detailed design, construction support, and operational readiness. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading offshore wind developers, investors, utilities, transmission owners, and supply chain partners on some of the UK's and Europe's most significant renewable energy projects. Our teams support projects across offshore wind farms, fixed-bottom and floating wind developments, offshore substations, export and inter-array cable systems, onshore substations and grid connections, transmission infrastructure, asset life extension and integrity management & Owner's Engineer and technical advisory services. Manage the delivery of complex offshore wind engineering projects in line with safety, cost, programme and quality objectives and ensure resources allocated to projects are competent, efficiently mobilised, and well supported. Build strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, influencing with confidence and diplomacy. Develop and agree budgets and manage/control forecast and actual costs, Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional multi discipline project team. Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI's to improve project performance. Prepare and communicate clear project updates, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
