GMR Credit & Rates - Business Support IT Monitoring London CDI 18703 Working on projects and BAU support, responsible for providing the business (Rates) with flexible, scalable and tailored user software applications where proximity developments and resources are necessary. Work closely with Head Office (Paris) teams, especially support, pre-trade teams and leverage processes with Head Office. Document the technology stack and work on seamless integration with Head Office. Main stakeholders will include, but not be limited to Front Office (trading, sales and structuring); the team also provides control and support teams where necessary (Middle office, Risk). Functional Responsibilities Have excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with traders and sales teams in a dynamic, fast-paced context. Possess strong functional knowledge of rates, credit or Fixed Income financial products, as well as a good understanding of their lifecycle during booking. Provide daily support to users, primarily traders, but also occasionally sales or middle office staff. Manage and resolve incidents and anomalies encountered. Conduct in-depth investigations into complex functional issues. Identify and document recurring incidents to achieve sustainable resolutions. Collaborate with production teams to optimize analysis and monitoring tools for applications. Maintain constant communication with project teams to stay informed and trained on new. Write procedures and documentation to ensure knowledge is preserved within the support team.
