The Role Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the site team, your responsibilities will include: Managing subcontractor packages from procurement to final account Measuring, pricing, and administering variations, including structural alterations and additional client requests Preparing valuations, cost reports, and forecasts Supporting CVRs and commercial reporting Assisting the site team in a fast-paced, live project environment Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on similar commercial fit-out or design-and-build projects Background with Tier One or Two main contractors Strong technical knowledge of commercial fit-outs, structural facades, and CAT A/B office schemes Experienced in managing subcontractors and commercial processes independently Comfortable handling large-scale projects (£60m+) with complex site discoveries What s on Offer Competitive daily rate of £450 £525 (DOE) Immediate start Work with an established contractor on a flagship Central London scheme Initial 6-month contract with likely extension Application Please send your CV for immediate consideration.
