Production Operative (Technician) needed in Ledbury , Salary: £15.31 per hour , Job Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract ( April until August ). Shift: 12-hour shifts, 24/7 operation including Days, Nights and Weekends , April start available for the right candidate following successful interview process. About the Role: We are recruiting for a Production Operative (Technician) to join a busy FMCG manufacturing facility in Ledbury for the 2026 season ( April-August ). This is a fixed-term opportunity within a fast-paced production environment operating to strict food safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring production processes run efficiently, safely and in line with GMP standards, site SOPs and company quality systems to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction during peak season.
