Your daily responsibilities will include: FLT Operation: Safely operating Counterbalance forklift trucks to move, stack, and load products within the warehouse and production areas. Loading/Unloading: Efficiently managing the arrival and dispatch of goods to meet demanding distribution schedules. Stock Management: Assisting with inventory checks and ensuring all materials are stored safely and correctly. Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict site health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for the whole team. What we are looking for A valid Forklift Counterbalance licence is essential for this role. Proven experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment. Ability to work effectively on a double days shift pattern with a focus on punctuality and reliability. Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
