Reactive call outs to site, with an aim to provide a first-time fix. Provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and planned visits. Complete documentation in line with company standards. Work within strict H&S guidelines. Advise customers on the latest products and services to improve efficiency. Qualifications For development purposes the following knowledge, skills and experience are required. Skills : Good people management skills Technical expertise in predominant skillset area Competent admin skills with sound working knowledge of internal business system.
