Financial Controller North West London FMCG Lifestyle Brand £70-75,000 This dynamic stock based lifestyle brand based in North West London is looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to leadf its busy finance function which reporting to a stretegic Finance Director. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing a finance team and developing staff Support the Finance Director in building financial budgeting and forecasting models including Cashflow, P&L, Balance Sheet and Production Standard Costs across all business divisions to ensure robust financial monitoring and evaluation Develop and maintain financial controls around accounting systems and policies. This role focuses on bridging technical financial management with system-led process improvements during a transitional period. As an integral part of the finance leadership team, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring a seamless month-end close and providing robust management reporting. This role is paying 450 - 500 a day dependant on experience with hybrid working available. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Month-End Close process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards. Manage complex financial controls, including prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. Act as the functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring data integrity and system optimisation. Provide high-level commercial support and management reporting to key stakeholders.
