Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Manager to join their Corporate Services team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in Jersey, this role involves overseeing the delivery of corporate administrative services to a portfolio of local and international clients, with a focus on M&A corporate structures for Private Equity. The successful candidate will supervise a team of administrators and ensure the efficient and high-quality provision of services in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
