Brief Responsibilities: Registering buyers' details. Answering inbound calls - dealing with enquiries via phone and email. Arranging appointments between sellers and buyers. Following up appointments - gaining feedback for clients. Contact potential vendors to inform them about services. Advertising businesses throughout various websites and portals. Dealing with offers and negotiations. Preparing sales letters, referencing buyers - administration duties. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Requirements: Preferably some experience in a similar or sales environment, however if you are the right person, our client will consider fully training you after an initial trial period. Able to understand, learn and use a simple database and telephone system (e.g. CRM software). Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects, clients and applicants.
