Maintenance Engineer Ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment and site infrastructure within a busy operational environment. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support the ongoing maintenance and performance of production machinery, building services, and site equipment. This role is responsible for delivering preventative maintenance activities, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently in line with operational requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational performance while supporting continuous improvement across engineering and maintenance practices. Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver preventative maintenance activities to ensure machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly, carrying out repairs to minimise operational downtime. Monitor machinery performance using agreed indicators and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency. Ensure all engineering work is completed in accordance with health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and safe working procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance records and production documentation following repair or servicing activities. Support the maintenance of building systems, utilities, and associated site infrastructure. Provide guidance and training to production colleagues on correct operation of equipment and machinery. You will be involved throughout the design process, from concept layouts through to detailed fabrication and manufacturing drawings.
