Key Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, test, and modify automated and electromechanical equipment, applying transferable skills from related technical roles. Apply engineering principles-drawing on both mechanical and electrical knowledge-to resolve production issues and enhance efficiency and reliability. Develop, track, and communicate maintenance metrics to identify, reduce, and eliminate recurring equipment issues, contributing to improved system reliability. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (such as Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen), bringing fresh perspectives from previous roles or industries. Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis on major breakdowns and recurring problems, using analytical skills and experience from any technical problem-solving environment.
