This role has a starting salary of £24,177 per annum, based on working 3 days (21.6 hours) per week, with the potential of increasing to full time as the programme grows. You'll support and motivate a caseload of around 15-18 learners, integrating key topics such as safeguarding, British values, and EDI into your sessions. You'll manage communication with learners and their line managers, ensuring progress and implementing action plans as needed. While Functional Skills English and Maths are taught separately by specialists, you'll embed these skills into the apprenticeship delivery. This role is to deliver the Residential Childcare Apprenticeships at Level 4 and Level 5. These apprenticeships include the Level 3 and Level 5 NCFE/CACHE Diplomas.
