Sue Ross Legal are working with a well-respected solicitors firm in Sheffield City Centre, who are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution/Civil Litigation Secretary to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills, looking to support a busy litigation department. Key Responsibilities: Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation team. Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings. Handling client communications via telephone, email, and in person. Assisting with file management, including opening, maintaining, and closing case files. Liaising with courts, barristers, and third parties on behalf of fee earners. Audio and copy typing a rang of legal documentation Requirements: Previous experience as a legal secretary. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document production. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems. Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
