Harris Hill is supporting a leading London charity to recruit a new Director of Services and Deputy CEO. Salary: £65,000 + pension Full time Kensington & Chelsea (hybrid) In this pivotal role, you ll work closely with the CEO to drive organisational strategy, lead high-quality Health, Wellbeing and Community Services, and ensure the charity continues to grow, innovate and deliver real impact for older people. You ll oversee service delivery, impact and quality, lead business development and income generation, and build strong partnerships across the NHS, local authority and voluntary sectors. You ll also provide compassionate leadership to managers and teams, champion co-production, and deputise for the CEO when required. We re looking for: A senior leader from the charity, public or community sector Experience delivering health, wellbeing or community services Strong track record in business development and securing income Excellent partnership-building, strategic and communication skills A values-led, collaborative leader with commercial acumen Why apply?
