To help deliver this, they re seeking an experienced Director of Digital and Business Transformation to work closely with the CEO, leading large-scale digital and business transformation across the organisation. This is a pivotal role, working closely with the CEO to deliver initiatives that will enhance organisational capability, optimise processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence. You will take ownership of the Organisation s digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable benefits. This includes establishing governance frameworks, managing risk, and overseeing IT operations to maintain resilience and compliance. As a senior leader, you will inspire and manage a high-performing team, recruit key roles, and influence stakeholders at all levels to champion transformation across the organisation. Key responsibilities Strategic leadership: Develop and deliver the digital transformation roadmap and business case aligned to organisational strategy. Governance and risk: Establish frameworks to track progress, manage risk, and ensure delivery to time, budget and quality. Operational oversight: Oversee IT operations, ensuring robust disaster recovery plans and compliance with Cyber Security and GDPR. Process optimisation: Recruit and lead a Process Improvement Manager to drive efficiency and embed continuous improvement. Stakeholder engagement: Act as the transformation champion, building buy-in through clear communication and collaboration. Financial stewardship: Manage budgets and procurement for digital and IT services, ensuring effective spend and value.
