My client is a world class manufacturer within the bespoke door industry. They are now seeking a skilled and experienced CAD Engineer, to join their professional and friendly team based in Hull. The Design Technician works as a key member of a cross functional project team responsible for the design, detailing and manufacturing preparation of company products for customer driven projects. A central part of the role is working closely with Project Managers to develop client specific solutions that meet project requirements while ensuring full alignment with the companies manufacturing capabilities, fabrication methods and certification requirements. The role involves creating accurate SolidWorks models along with submittal and fabrication drawings that reflect the customers specification and the quoted scope of supply.
