Manager's Working Style & Team's Purpose The Cloud Networking team exists to make the network an enabler, not a bottleneck. The team's purpose is to deliver a platform so reliable, performant, and well-abstracted that Product and Engineering teams across Mimecast can ship faster and deliver more for customers. Day to day, you'll split your time between people leadership and technical leadership. You'll work closely with peer engineering managers in Cloud Platform and with architects and security teams across the organisation. The expectation is hands-on technical credibility combined with a genuine focus on team health and individual growth. The base salary range for this position is £92,000 £138,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
