Description of the role: Process all orders, quotes, telephone enquiries, despatch, and invoice queries promptly, meeting agreed service levels and quality standards. Secure orders to achieve revenue, profit, and value targets from both existing and new customers. Identify customer needs and provide expert advice, support, and effective problem-solving solutions. Manage customer orders from initial enquiry through order processing to on-time product delivery. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Collaborate closely with external sales teams to ensure seamless communication and superior service delivery. Coordinate projects and contracts from enquiry to completion, monitoring progress to guarantee customer satisfaction. About you: Proven experience in a similar customer service or sales coordination role. Strong customer focus with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify opportunities to upsell and confidently drive sales growth. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Technically confident, with solid experience using sales systems and advanced Excel skills.
