You will either have a good understanding of the end-to-end candidate journey or the curiosity and pace to learn it quickly. You will have consultative customer relationship experience or strong potential to develop in this area, alongside strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills. A customer-first mindset, attention to detail and pride in quality delivery are essential. Experience in assessment, candidate management, RPO environments, early careers and or experienced hire is advantageous but not essential. A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
