Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles and relevant notes on the ATS. Support hiring managers with decision making and offer negotiations. Provide postplacement support to both candidate and client. Employer Brand & Marketing Promote our brand through events, social media, and engaging content. Work with the Marketing team to develop campaigns that showcase our values and culture. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and improve processes. Produce regular updates on pipeline status, sourcing success, and time-to-fill. Suggest improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Insight & Development Stay on top of industry trends, salaries, and employment legislation. Mentor, support, and develop colleagues within the recruitment team. Maintain high standards around GDPR, compliance, and company policies. Take ownership of your personal development, including all mandatory training.
