About the Role As a Care Assistant your role will be to help support children with complex physical and medical needs and associated communication and learning needs. You need to be a pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable care assistant to join the team. This position would be to work with children across the primary and secondary age range. You will support pupils with their day-to-day personal care needs and work alongside other professional staff to further pupils personal independence skills.
