Key responsibilities are as follows Showing the applicants properties at planned viewings Assessing applicants documents following allocation Communicating with applicants regarding additional information required or outcome Let homes and manage re-lets, ensuring void work is completed quickly and effectively. Empty homes should be let as soon as possible and to a standard that suits residents needs Provide an excellent personal landlord service to residents in a small patch of homes.
