Over the last 15 years, they have played a leading role in strengthening the global albinism movement. The Role The team is now looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Head of Fundraising to lead their income generation strategy and help scale impact. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical portfolio within a respected and growing human rights charity. You'll work closely with the Executive Director and colleagues across the UK, Tanzania, and Malawi to develop and deliver the organisation's Fundraising Strategy. Your focus will be on diversifying income streams, writing compelling proposals, and building long-term donor relationships to secure sustainable funding for life-changing programmes.
