Lead and contribute to the preparation of clear, concise and insightful technical and commercial reports, presentations and proposals. Act as Project Manager, Technical Lead or Reviewer, taking accountability for project quality, programme, technical outputs and successful delivery. Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including investors, developers, utilities, regulators and public-sector organisations. Support the development, coaching and mentoring of junior consultants and graduates. 2. Innovation and Best Practices: Develop and apply analytical tools, market models and assessment methodologies to support project delivery and strategic decision-making. Maintain a strong understanding of developments in renewable energy technologies, energy storage, electricity markets, policy, regulation and energy economics. Identify emerging market opportunities, business models and revenue streams associated with the energy transition. Contribute to Jacobs' thought leadership through technical publications, industry events, conference presentations and client engagement activities. 3. Client Management and Business Development: Support the growth of Jacobs' renewable energy, electricity markets and energy economics advisory capabilities through market engagement, relationship development and strategic business planning. Identify, develop and convert opportunities with existing and prospective clients across the energy sector. Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their commercial, technical and strategic challenges. Lead or support the preparation of winning proposals, tenders, frameworks and advisory pursuits. Collaborate across Jacobs' Energy & Power, Economics, Sustainability and Infrastructure businesses to develop integrated client solutions and expand our project pipeline. The ideal candidate will demonstrate many of the following skills and attributes for this office-based or hybrid role: Demonstrable experience delivering renewable energy projects from early-stage strategy and feasibility through design, delivery and operational integration (solar PV, wind, BESS, etc.).
