You will form part of the Specialist Services Team, but the role will involve a blend of lone working and collaboration, depending on the task: Working independently on PPM and servicing Attending jobs alongside other mobile engineers when required Supporting the projects team on installations and upgrade works Interacting with Contract Managers and engineers on-site as PPM activities overlap You will report into the Specialist Services Manager, receiving schedule information, daily support and operational guidance directly. Key Responsibilities Carry out maintenance, repair, and compliance checks on commercial gas systems (heating, hot water, plumbing).Perform mechanical works, including pump replacements and other mechanical system maintenance. Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. Provide detailed information and recommendations for quoting repairs and replacements. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with Gas Safe regulations and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of works, including reporting via CAFM systems and other IT tools. Liaise with clients and colleagues professionally, maintaining the company's reputation at all times. Assist with installations, upgrades, and mechanical system improvements as required. Candidate Requirements Apprenticeship-trained in a mechanical discipline. City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). Relevant and current ACS qualifications. Gas Safe registered. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (applications without relevant experience will not be considered). Excellent communication skills. Competent at a "user level" with IT systems (CAFM, reporting, emails). Full and clean driving licence.
