About you: The successful candidate will have: Relevant experience and proven skills in CNC programming, setting and operating in a sub-contract precision machining environment. Experience of offline or at the machine programming. An aptitude and desire to develop offline programming skills using CAD/CAM software. A team player who is flexible with a 'can do' attitude. Someone who pays close attention to detail, has a commitment to quality and a desire to offer consistently high-quality parts to our customers. A team member with either experience of lean workplaces and/or a keen interest to learn and grow within a lean culture.
