Responsibilities Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define exceptional user experiences from concept to implementation. Develop and prototype solutions at various levels of fidelity, including wireframes, conceptual designs, presentations, and detailed specifications. Work closely with remote teams, iteratively delivering customer value. Lead team sessions to generate ideas and evaluate possibilities. Design and implement methods to gather customer insights, understanding user behavior to inform business and design decisions. Facilitate and participate in user research, such as interviews and usability testing, to validate user workflows, concepts, designs, and make iterative improvements. Contribute to creating scalable experience design standards and improving design processes.
