About the role The School Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in the day-to-day life of Oakham Shires School, by providing a wide range of administrative support within the Administration Team to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. The post holder will set up confidential record files for new children ensuring that Data Protection is adhered to and ensure that all files are maintained timely, accurately and to a high standard Ensure that children's files are correctly archived when they leave and support the SENCo with the pupil admissions process including booking and minuting of pupil transition meetings, sending out parent packs and setting up new pupil records on Provision Mapping SharePoint. Ensure Consent and Information packs are held and processed in a timely manner ensuring anything of note is shared with relevant staff and check Registers are completed daily, and all returns completed to DfE, Local Authorities and Welfare Call in the absence of the School Receptionist. Manage and maintain up to date driver declaration records, reporting any discrepancies to the Headteacher as necessary and support with the administration of first aid records and medication in line with School Policies and Procedures. HGV Class 1 relief driver We are looking for class 1 drivers within the Bath, Shepton Mallet and Bristol area to step in as a relief driver on an ad-hoc basis. Shift patterns may very (typical shifts include nights for a 18:00 start time) We ideally want drivers who are looking for a few days work per week to cover gaps in our client s planner. You may be called upon to fill a shift that needs a driver. HGV Class 1 relief driver We are looking for class 1 drivers within the Bath, Shepton Mallet and Bristol area to step in as a relief driver on an ad-hoc basis. Shift patterns may very (typical shifts include nights for a 18:00 start time) We ideally want drivers who are looking for a few days work per week to cover gaps in our client s planner. You may be called upon to fill a shift that needs a driver. What we are looking for: Class 1 licence Flexible schedule Experienced driving nights / heavy goods Valid and in-date CPC licence Shift Days / nights / weekends Patterns range from ad-hoc (day here and there) to temp to perm full time driver Role Our positions can alternate day to day, but we are mainly seeking class 1 night driver with curtainsider.
