Youll have previous experience as an HGV Driver Trainer, with Assessment Related qualifications i.e. QTS, CET, DET, AET, or membership of a recognised trainer register (RADAT, RHA, NRI), or any other recognised driver training qualification. Youll be CPC Qualified and hold a full UK HGV C+E Driving License. Youll work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating strong IT and communication skills. Youll keep up to date with developments in training i.e., reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses. Confident in face to face and remote delivery. Good working knowledge of current legislation. Good interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
