Responsibilities To act as a Personal Insurance Broker on specific nominated accounts and to support other members of the division on accounts as and when appropriate To manage a range of customer enquiries via telephone, email and post always providing excellent customer service To develop the account through existing client contacts and contribute to maximising growth through converting new business enquiries, cross sale and up sale of relevant ancillary products Provide assistance to the claims department with any relevant claims Updating our client records with accurate information received from insurers including new business, adjustments and renewals Transfer of copy and documents into the client electronic file Maintain good credit control within your client portfolio Advice given meets clients' requirements in all cases and recommendations and reasons documented in all case Experience Experience gained handling private client insurance accounts.
