Experience in handling a variety of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, landlord/tenant disputes and debt recovery. 1+ years PQE in litigation, with proven experience managing a caseload under supervision. Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters, including drafting legal documents, preparing for trials, and conducting negotiations. Enthusiasm for engaging in networking and business development to grow the litigation practice. Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships. Self-motivated team player. Ambition to progress. Excellent administration and organisational skills.
