The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted, Children's Home Regulations and Quality Standards, while promoting a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team to deliver high standards of care and professional practice.
