Provide input to the central finance team for developing corporate budgets and forecasts. Review progress against budgets and forecasts and partner with the business to manage financial performance. Ensure an appropriate risk management and financial control framework is in place. Anticipate and interpret financial management, Risk management and Governance requirements and identify opportunities for more effective strategy delivery and continuous improvement. Essential Criteria A professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA etc.) and a minimum of seven years post qualification experience. Ability to partner collaboratively as part of a senior management team to shape and enable strategy and business plan delivery and manage delivery of business and financial performance. Previous experience in financial planning and analysis roles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
