About the role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our apprenticeships team as a Talent Pool, Digital Services & Onboarding Advisor. This is a key role supporting the coordination of apprenticeship onboarding and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) activity. You will work closely with employers, Business Development Managers and internal teams to ensure apprentices are onboarded efficiently, compliantly and on time. The role sits at the centre of our apprenticeship delivery model, ensuring systems are accurate, funding can be drawn down correctly and learners have a strong start to their programme. What you'll be doing Acting as a key point of contact for employers, supporting them to navigate and use the Digital Apprenticeship Service Ensuring all employers are set up correctly on DAS and issuing cohort requests in a timely way Working closely with MIS and curriculum teams to confirm learner starts and maintain accurate records Monitoring onboarding pipelines including talent pool, direct recruit and on-hold learners Supporting the onboarding of apprentices, including coordinating enrolments and employer engagement Tracking and resolving issues that may delay learner starts, including eligibility and documentation checks Supporting Talent Pool Assessment Days to identify and progress suitable candidates Ensuring all activity meets funding rules and compliance requirements Producing regular reports and maintaining accurate tracking data, particularly through Excel What we're looking for You will be someone who is confident working across multiple systems and stakeholders, with a strong eye for detail and a focus on getting things right first time. Essential: Level 2 qualification or above (ideally business-related) GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Confident communicator, able to build relationships with employers and internal teams Experience using IT systems and Microsoft Excel to track and report data A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Desirable: Experience of working with the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) Understanding of apprenticeship funding rules (levy and non-levy) Experience within apprenticeships, FE or work-based learning Why join us This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing apprenticeships team at a time of growth.
