Property Management is done for you in house at Head Office. You will pay a monthly license fee £295 plus VAT. If in a calendar year your bank £100,000 (on sales bankings only) your commission will increase to 90% for the rest of that year. You will need to be prepared to door knock both 'on market and 'off market properties to build your profile and be open to filming advertising videos, so as to promote to your core local market. Liaise with the Progression, Welfare and Support team to support students in achieving their progression aim. Engage in scholarly activity to ensure the delivery of modules is current Implement quality assurance procedures at module level and contribute to the annual monitoring and review of the programme to achieve high standards Fully use centre systems to log and monitor student attendance Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student engagement Complete sponsor reports and academic reports for students. Take up opportunities such as (for example) VLE development; Peer Observation activities. Undertake teaching, learning and assessment observations and associated staff development plans to assure standards within the subject area.
