As Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing various OUR LEGACY spaces. From sales to profit and all the brand-building functions of OUR LEGACY that entails. Among other things this responsibility includes day-to-day operations such as driving sales, customer care, staff management along with more administrative duties such as analyzing store sell thru's, KPIs, yearly budgets, stock management, seasonal buys, hiring staff, staff rotas, reporting directly to the Commercial Director and Retail Coordinator. Responsibilities Secure our store reaches sales targets. Care for customer service through the whole customer cycle to create sales and loyal customers. Deliver and provide product and brand knowledge for a great store experience. Recruit, train, motivate and develop the team to optimize store performance. Work closely with our Visual Department to provide excellent store and visual display.
