Combining strong preparation skills with professional paint application and finishing techniques, you'll play an important role in ensuring vehicles are repaired efficiently and returned with a high-quality finish. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accident-damaged vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming and panel preparation Carry out professional paint spraying, refinishing and repair work to a high standard Complete colour matching, blending, polishing and finishing to achieve factory-quality results Carry out both preparation and paint duties efficiently across a range of vehicle repairs Inspect completed work and rectify any imperfections to ensure excellent repair quality Work closely with Panel Technicians, MET Technicians, VDA/Estimators and Workshop Controllers to maintain efficient vehicle throughput Maintain paint equipment, spray areas and workstations in a clean, safe and professional condition Follow manufacturer repair methods, bodyshop quality standards and Health & Safety procedures ABOUT YOU We're looking for an experienced, ATA-qualified and multi-skilled Painter / Prepper who takes pride in their workmanship and can confidently work across both preparation and paint disciplines.
