Working closely with the Farm Manager, you will play a key role in running daily operations and ensuring high standards of welfare, hygiene, productivity, and site presentation. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate livestock, feed, and stock records Assist with ordering and stock control of essential supplies Supervise and train Farm Assistants Deputise for the Farm Manager during absence, including emergency call out cover Maintain site standards in biosecurity, hygiene, and environmental management Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and welfare regulations The Company A well established, forward-thinking poultry business committed to sustainable production and high animal welfare standards.
