This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance engineer to take ownership of a modern, high-spec building environment. Due to the plant on site, must come from an Air Conditioning background - lots of VAV and VRV plant The Role: You will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. The building includes a mix of laboratory spaces, office areas, and canteen facilities, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
