Once you have an understanding of the range of clients and equipment we support the role will centre predominately in the Oxfordshire area. The salary offered will be adjusted to suit the level of experience of the candidate Job Type full-time, permanent 40 hour week Monday to Friday No on call rota The Role Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems Diagnose faults and carry out reactive maintenance across commercial properties Assist in site surveys, quotes, and RAMS for customers Work across a variety of sites, including offices, residential properties, retail sites Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standards Lead maintenance teams during complex repair or installation projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Experience with food service and cold storage systems Work on Split air conditioning, VRV / VRF systems, including water cooled. Cold/ freezer rooms, Water chillers, close control units, experience with chilled water systems is desirable. Small ventilation works Work with humidifiers desirable Requirements and Qualifications Level 2 City and Guilds Refrigeration and air conditioning.
