Labourer - Ground-Mounted Solar Farm Project Pay Rate: £15-16 per hour Start Date: 5th January 2026 Duration: 3 / 4 weeks About the Role We are seeking hardworking Labourers to join a large-scale ground-mounted solar farm project in Kings Lynn. Ground-mounted solar farms involve installing solar panels on frames fixed directly into the ground, covering large open areas. You'll be part of a team building the foundations for clean energy generation, including tasks such as trenching for cables, assembling mounting structures, and supporting panel installation. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the installation of solar panels and mounting structures Digging trenches and preparing groundworks for cabling General site duties including moving materials and maintaining a clean work area Supporting skilled trades and machine operators as required Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times Requirements Previous experience in construction or labouring preferred CSCS card essential Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic Benefits Competitive pay rates Opportunity to gain experience on large-scale infrastructure projects To Apply: Call Garry at Atrium Associates on (phone number removed) or email your CV to (url removed)
