Required activities : To take client out on social activities such as mini golf,clip and climb, bowling, pizza and walks. About the Role: You will be required to support male and female adults in their home who require support with personal care, meal preparation, accessing their local community and support with the hobbies and appointments. Therefore, the applicant must be able to drive and have a clean licence. You will be required to work closely with a small team. You must be confident in communicating with people who may who may have challenges communicating with you.
