Role Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale groundworks and roadworks schemes. This is a pivotal role, requiring a proactive and organised individual to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, in line with client expectations. The role will involve a significant amount of office-based work, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date site records and project documentation. Key Responsibilities: Health & Safety Leadership: Foster a positive health and safety culture by enforcing site protocols, conducting inductions, and ensuring the correct use of PPE. Project Delivery: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring works are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to specification.
