Essential Requirements: A minimum of 5 years + experience in Residential Block Management and Property Management Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English language skills, including grammar and spelling, with keen attention to detail) Able to act professionally at all times Good work ethic Good time management Good telephone manner Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) efficiently Maintain strict confidentiality Ability to work on your own initiative To be a team player Enthusiastic and positive outlook Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projects Good knowledge of Residential legislation such as the Building Safety Act Strong budgeting and financial management experience Preferable: Full UK Driving Licence and owning their own car is preferable An IRPM qualification is desirable but not essential Have knowledge of Re-leased property management software is preferable Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and building codes Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, property management software, and financial management systems An IRPM qualification or RICS qualification is desirable but not essential.
