Project Manager - Capital Delivery An excellent opportunity to join a client's team and oversee a London Station refurbishment Project worth up to 80m in value. Location: London (Hybrid working 3 days on-site and 2 days from home) Salary: circa 70,000 basic + Travel + Package (Flexible for the right person and experience) Role Description The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a key Rail client, who is part of the team leading the refurbishment project of an iconic London railway station. Looking at the programme delivery, taking a scheme from RIBA stage 2 to completion, managing the design consultancies and main contractors on site, delivering the Project. With the projected increase in Rail passengers over the next 5 years, this project aims to handle the rising passenger numbers while maintaining the passenger experience at the highest level. The passenger journey is vital as the station will remain open while the work is undertaken. Hence, we need a Project Manager, used to working in a public environment, who has experience working on a live site. Reporting to the Project Director, your role is about the stakeholder management and ensuring the deliverables are kept on track with the associated milestones being achieved. A good background could include: Aviation:- Previously working on a Terminal that involves new build construction work against RIBA stages Rail - Previously working on a Railway station, looked at building upgrades and managing the Consultancies, contractors and stakeholders involved in the scheme. Key areas of responsibility include: Project Execution & Management: Manage the project team on behalf of the client, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance. Monitor project progress against the plan, identify and address any deviations, and implement corrective actions.
